WHO WE ARE
At Aviso, trust is the foundation of every project we deliver, be that a bespoke high-end home built from the ground up, or a simple renovation or extension.
Relationships have run deep at Aviso since the business was established by founding director, Tony Viscomi in 2019. Tony is a third-generation builder and building is in his blood. His grandfather’s handiwork features prominently in the Sydney Opera House to this day. Working in his family’s tiling business from an early age, over 14 years ago, Tony learned the importance of building strong lasting relationships, delivering on commitments, and going the extra mile to always leave his clients satisfied. These are core values he carries with him to this day, equally important with clients, friends, and the many skilled tradesmen he uses to deliver Aviso projects.
Tony’s now diverse background in all facets of construction, from initial project planning, right through to defect rectification, has instilled in him the skill of getting the details right from the start, and of keenly observing how each detail influences the bigger picture, a strength he continues to apply to each project today.

1. Initial Consultation
Our director, Tony, meets with you to understand your vision, goals, and expectations. For those without existing plans, we also offer a Design & Construct service, assisting with site selection, concept planning, and feasibility.
2. Concept Plans & Cost Estimate
We assess your concept plans, formalise a project brief, and provide an indicative cost estimate to align your design with your budget from the start. This value-driven approach helps avoid unexpected costs later and ensures your final design is both achievable and financially viable.
3. Quoting & Building Proposal
Working together with you and your architect—or connecting you with our trusted design partners—we finalise documentation, including architectural drawings, engineering plans, and interior specifications. We then provide a fully itemised building proposal, offering complete transparency on every cost element of your project.
4. Contract & Approvals
Once the proposal is approved, we prepare an industry-standard contract and secure all required insurances. Our team manages necessary approvals and certifications, ensuring a smooth transition into construction with full compliance.
5. Construction & Project Management
Before work begins, we establish clear timelines, site logistics, and expectations. Throughout construction, we proactively manage progress, provide regular updates through Wunderbuild, and schedule site walkthroughs. Open communication is key—Tony remains directly accessible to address any queries.
6. Final Inspection & Handover
We conduct a comprehensive final walkthrough to ensure every detail meets your expectations. A handover package is provided, including plans, instruction manuals, and maintenance guidance to protect the quality and longevity of your new home. At Aviso, we ensure that every project is delivered with clarity, precision, and craftsmanship, making the journey as seamless as the result.
